Nest UK - Returns & Refund Policy
Returns Window Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email us at shop@atnest.uk with your order number. Returns are accepted by mail. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address for your items.
Item Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs * Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the first 30 days, Nest UK will provide a full refund or replacement and will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For all other returns (buyer's remorse), the customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Fees * Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Exclusions Personalized or bespoke items are exempt from returns unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
